I purchased my first car over the phone from Ferraro Auto sales. I found them on CARGURUS and I got a call from one of there sales agents named Jae. Jae took me through the smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. Jae helped me to find A local mechanic to go and check out the car for me and helped me with all the shipping, registration, and every detail down to the last Dot. I couldn’t be more happy with this purchase This was for my son‘s first car so it was very important that it was in great condition that I had nothing to worry about and that’s absolutely the way things went. It was just the best process I’ve ever dealt with in purchasing vehicles. Thank you Jae so much for everything and thank you Ferraro Auto Sales!

He takes pride in making sure his customers are happy and treated fairly, without the typical pressure you sometimes experience at dealerships.

Great experience! They have a large selection of cars to choose from, and their attention to detail really stood out. Unlike a lot of other dealerships, they were honest, straightforward, and to the point; no games or unnecessary back and forth. The paperwork was quick and easy, and they were able to get me a great approval. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a car!

My overall experience at Ferarro Auto Sales turned out to be superior. I gave this place a five star review because of their customer service. Day one, I asked was there any work done to the vehicle? I was told no work was done and I respect the honesty. I had to call their office a few times, and every time my call was answered professionally. The transaction was smooth and I am a satisfied customer.

Although i didnt decide to purchase from this exact seller they were very very open and honest with every question i had and tried their best to make sure that i was getting the best for the value. very very sweet people
